Job responsibilities
1. Entertain the visitors and inform the interviewees in time and accurately, answer/transfer the phone in time and accurately, besides, record the message and convey it in time if necessary
2. Send and receive mail, newspapers, faxes and articles of the company, and well perform work such as registration management and transmission
3. Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area to ensure the safety and normal operation of office equipment
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior
Job qualifications
1. Have obtained at least college degree, proficient in English, have 1 year related working experience; those majoring in secretarial, administrative and other related majors are preferred
2. Good image, attitude and temperament, 18-32 years old, over 1.60 in height, accurate and fluent in Mandarin, and have mastered some knowledge of business etiquette
3. Have a strong sense of service, and be skilled in computer office software
4. Have good coordination ability, communication ability, sense of responsibility, lively and cheerful personality with affinity
Working hours
9:00--17:30 (dayoff in Saturday and Sunday)
